Customer Success Specialist (Dutch-English)

We are on a mission to provide entrepreneurs and companies with a smarter way of working and give them easy access to our business solutions in one handy web app. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the Easybox  support team.


You are genuinely excited to help customers to succeed to work smarter with Easybox.  You communicate on a daily basis with customers and team members to delight our customers. 


Responsibilities

  • Being the voice of the customer and aligning this with our development team and sales partners.
  • Second line support customer questions (non-technical and technical)
  • Testing new features
  • Complaint handling
  • Customer feedback
  • Create and maintain knowledge base to support our customers needs

In short, you are at the heart of Easybox and the Easybox team.  

Job requirements

You have

  • Experience with working in a digital savvy environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest software/app trends
  • A first experience with products in a SaaS environment
  • A good understanding of how APIs (especially ours) work
  • Strong communications skills
  • A hands-on commercial spirit
  • A team player mindset and take responsibility for results
  • Organisational skills
  • A thorough command of Dutch and English (fluent).
    French is nice to have 

You are eager to learn. Development skills are no requirement but count as a bonus.
